Charlotte Motor Speedway has teamed with The American Red Cross and OneBlood to host two blood donation events this week. The blood drives come as the agencies work to ensure a stable blood supply for patients in need throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
Wednesday, May 6 -- 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The American Red Cross will be on hand on Wednesday, May 6 for blood and platelet donations from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the infield Champions Pavilion. Donors should proceed to the infield via the Gate 26 (Turn 3) tunnel.
All donors are required to wear a face covering or mask while at the drive, in alignment with new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention public guidance.

Friday, May 8 -- 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Charlotte Motor Speedway, in conjunction with Atrium Health and OneBlood will host a blood drive to ensure a ready blood supply in our community on Friday, May 8 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Donors should proceed to the infield Champions Pavilion at Charlotte Motor Speedway using the Gate 26 tunnel (under Turn 3).
